Hatha yoga for back pain + healthy spines. Move your spine through flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion, moving the spine in all directions to help reduce pain. We will also explore different breathing techniques and exercises to help manage pain + discomfort.

Vinyasa yoga for back pain + healthy spines. Move your spine through flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion, moving the spine in all directions through this slow flow will to help reduce pain.

Beginner

(hatha for beginners)

With an emphasis on the beginner yogi, we will move through the basic yoga asanas, connect with the breath, and balance with grace. Open to all levels of practice. This practice includes postures/movements from seated, table top, standing, laying on your belly/back. You should be able to comfortably get up and down from your mat.

Candlelight Restore

(restorative)

Lit by candlelight, this sacred restorative practice will combine deep breathing and supportive postures to help release stress and tension from the body + mind. Allowing your physical self time to rest; as we tap into, heal + align, the subtle body.

Deep Release

(YIN)

This yin practice works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. We will explore and hold poses to encourage both a physical and emotional release. You should be able to comfortably sit for a long period of time.

Essentials

An energizing practice focusing on movement with breath. This class will have your heart rate elevated, and leave you feeling strong and confident. You should be able to confidently get up and down from the mat.

Gentle

(slow hatha) 

This all level class focuses on slow movements, stretching the body, and relieving any tension and stress that is residing in the muscles and joints. This class is done while seated, in table top, or laying on your mat.

Happy Hips

(hatha) 

Move through the basic yoga asanas with a focus on loosening tight hips. Open to all levels of practice. This practice includes postures/movements from seated, table top, standing, laying on your belly/back. You should be able to comfortably get up and down from your mat.

Hips + Heart Flow

(vinyasa)

An energizing practice focusing on movement with breath, opening the hips and the heart. This class will have your heart rate elevated, and leave you feeling strong and confident. You should be able to confidently get up and down from the mat.

Release + Restore (Salt)

Starting with gentle movement, this sacred restorative practice will combine deep breathing and supportive postures to help release stress and tension from the body + mind. Allowing your physical self time to rest; as we tap into, heal + align, the subtle body.

Reiki Restore

With hands on Reiki healing, this sacred restorative practice will combine deep breathing and supportive postures to help release stress and tension from the body + mind. Allowing your physical self time to rest; as we tap into, heal + align, the subtle body.

In an atmosphere of dreamy stillness, this sacred restorative practice will combine deep breathing and supportive postures to help release stress and tension from the body + mind. Allowing your physical self time to rest; as we tap into, heal + align, the subtle body.

Restore + Nidra

(Restorative + Yoga nidra)

In an atmosphere of dreamy stillness, this sacred restorative practice will combine deep breathing and supportive postures to help release stress and tension from the body + mind. Concluding with a nidra meditation to give the physical self time to rest; as we tap into, heal + align, the subtle body.

Surrender (Salt)

(yin)

This yin practice consists of a series of long held poses that will mainly work on the lower part of the body - hips, pelvis, inner thighs + lower spine. Poses are held to wait for the muscles to release and the body to soften. This class uses the assistance of a wall for support, comfort, and the ability to explore deeper variations of poses. This class is located in the Salt room.

Veda Flow

(vinyasa)

An energizing practice focusing on movement with breath. This class will have your heart rate elevated, and leave you feeling strong and confident. You should be able to confidently get up and down from the mat. The sequence of this class remains the same from week to week.
