A deeply meditative yin practice illuminated by soft candlelight. Settle into long-held postures that invite deep release, stillness, and surrender. Let the flickering glow create a tranquil space for relaxation and renewal.

Essentials

(Hatha Yoga Foundations) 

A well-rounded Hatha practice exploring foundational yoga postures, breathwork, and alignment. Move through seated, tabletop, standing, and reclined positions with mindful awareness. Open to all levels—students should be comfortable getting up and down from the mat.

Flow

(Energizing Vinyasa)

A dynamic Vinyasa practice linking breath with movement. Flow through sequences that build strength, flexibility, and confidence while elevating your heart rate. This class is best suited for students comfortable moving on and off the mat with ease.

Gentle

(Slow Hatha

A slow and grounding practice focused on gentle movement, mindful stretching, and deep relaxation. Perfect for relieving tension in the body and calming the nervous system. This class typically includes seated, tabletop, and reclined postures.

Happy Hips

(Hatha for Hip Mobility) 

A Hatha-based practice designed to release tightness and improve mobility in the hips. Move through foundational yoga postures with a focus on deep hip-opening. Open to all levels—students should be comfortable transitioning between seated, standing, and reclined positions.

Open Sanctuary

(Quiet Open Studio Time)

A peaceful, self-guided time in the studio for personal practice, meditation, reading, or quiet reflection. The space will be softly lit with salt lamps and diffused essential oils. Props are available for use. To honor the sanctuary space, only silent activities are permitted. The studio will remain locked during Open Sanctuary hours, with a quiet departure window between 1:00-1:30 PM or the option to stay until 2:30 PM.

Reiki Restore

(Restorative Yoga + Hands-On Reiki Healing)

A deeply nurturing restorative practice enhanced by hands-on Reiki energy healing. Supported by props, you’ll settle into long-held postures that allow the body and mind to fully relax while receiving energetic alignment and balance.

Restore

(Deep Restorative Yoga)

A restorative yoga experience designed for deep relaxation and renewal. Using supportive props and gentle breathwork, this class creates space for the body to release tension while the mind unwinds in a state of dreamy stillness.

Sleep

(Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation)

A journey into deep relaxation through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Supported by props, your body remains still as you are guided through a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep. Offered in the Salt Room on Wednesdays and via Zoom on Sunday nights.

Surrender (Salt)

(Yin Yoga in the Salt Room)

A grounding yin practice that focuses on the lower body—hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. Postures are held for extended periods, allowing muscles to release and the body to soften. The wall is used for support, comfort, and deeper exploration of each pose. This class takes place in the Salt Room, enhancing relaxation and breath awareness.
