Restore with Essential Oils

Come and enjoy this calming 90 minute workshop combining restorative yoga with the healing benefits of essential oils. Essential oils have many health benefits, and are generally used in a yoga practice for their ability to calm the mind, relieve you of anxiety, and leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
The essential oils will be diffused in the room, applied topically to the skin, as well as diluted in carrier oils and massaged into the skin.
