Allow Sophie + Amanda to be your guides for this decadent day retreat in Lakefield.

Just a short drive from Durham Region, we will meet at 10am for light snacks and opening circle. Before departing at 7pm, we will enjoy a day of gentle movement, dream boarding, meditation, and of course free time to enjoy the hot tub and Sauna.

Amanda will be nourishing our bodies all day long with her delicious home made food.
