Join Caitlin for a deeply relaxing + introspective learning experience about yin yoga + the 5 elements.
Five 90 minute sessions including a brief discussion of the element and a floor based creative yin yoga sequence. Evoking deep stretches + contemplative silences, we will invite the body to release and unwind habitual patterns.
Here we can start to understand the connectivity of the emotional body with the physical body, as well as our connectivity with nature, so that we can find better balance in our bodies and our lives.
