Friday February 21st you are invited to this Spinal Energetics, Akashic Connection, and Holy Fire Reiki Experience

Are you looking for a space to help you connect with your body? Have you been feeling low or out of sorts? Are you ready to let go and move forward in life? Are you ready to embrace a deep relaxation of your mind to help you connect in deeper with the messages of your body? If this sounds like something you have been looking for, come join us.

✨️We will start with doing some somatic embodiment practices to help you let go of the day and get more connected to your body in the present moment.

✨️Then, we will have a short demo to see and hear what spinal energetics looks and sounds like.

✨️ Then, everyone will lay down on your yoga mat and relax with a short meditation, and Tara will open the Akashic Connection.

✨️ Then we will begin group Spinal Energetics

✨️ We will end with a reiki infused guided mediation to help with integration before you leave.

✨️✨️ There will also be time for questions and reflections.
