Without proper sleep we can't be our healthiest selves. Lack of sleep can cause irritability, accidents, headaches, depression, and hormonal disruptions. In this two-hour specialty class, we will look at underlying causes of sleep problems, go over a yoga series that you can perform at home to help you unwind, and work as a group to workshop ideas to get you your best rest.
We will close with a mediation designed to bring on the zzzzzs.
Handouts and worksheets will be provided. No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
