This workshop has been in the works for quite some time, and we are so excited to be releasing it to you!

Let's keep those chakras balanced!

Join Amanda + Sophie for this make and take workshop. We will be learning about each Chakra, why they become unbalanced or closed, and then ways in which we can keep them balanced and open.

Some of our favourite ways to work with the chakras is with crystals, essential oils and reiki, so we are combining all of these into one experience. You will create 7 rollerballs, one for each of the main chakras: using carrier oils, essential oils, and crystal chips.

All crystal chips have been infused with Reiki.
